Returns & Refunds

Plug the adapter into your dashboard, scan for error codes, and if you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
1. Eligibility
To qualify, the adapter must be returned in its original packaging with all included items, in the same condition you received it. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
2. How to start a return
Email support@axiom.st with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
3. Return shipping
Unless the item arrived faulty or the wrong product was sent, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we approve your refund to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Damaged or wrong items
If your adapter arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
