1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery time & carriers
We ship via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs. These are estimates rather than guarantees.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is free, flat-rate worldwide. The price at checkout is the total you pay, with no delivery surcharge.
4. Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel.
5. Duties & taxes
International orders may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Wrong address or lost parcels
Please check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is lost or delayed well beyond the estimate, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
