1. Using this site

You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by anyone else. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

2. Products & pricing

We describe our product and price as accurately as we can, but errors can occur. If we find a mistake in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the choice to continue or cancel.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities, including where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. Where we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and payable in full at checkout via our secure providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.

5. Proper use of the product

The Axiom adapter is intended for reading diagnostic data from compatible OBD2 vehicles as described. It is a diagnostic aid, not a substitute for professional judgement. We are not liable for damage, injury or repair decisions made from the data it reports; follow the included instructions and standard safety precautions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is the property of Axiom Diagnostics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published when you order applies to your purchase.
